This can be a beautiful combination. These two tend to be very compatible and their relationship should be harmonious unless there is something seriously wrong with one of the participants (such as a drug or alcohol addiction) or other elements of their natal zodiacs are highly incompatible.
Taurus and Pisces form a nice complement to one another. Taurean strength, stability, calmness, and decisiveness act as an anchor for Pisces, particularly in times of stress. Pisces, in turn, can provide the compassion, sensitivity, and devotion that Taurus requires. Both have a love of comfort and peace, and neither is inclined toward fighting unless their ascendants fall in more aggressive signs, so they should get along well day to day. They are also capable of sparking one another’s creativity and intuition, and working together to create beautiful things if they are artistically inclined.
Taurus and Pisces are also quite compatible in terms of lifestyle preferences. Both like to spend time at home and tend to prefer small gatherings of friends or family to big, wild parties. Many Tauruses and Pisceans are also drawn to the natural world and enjoy spending time outdoors in green spaces. In addition, they share a love of fine food and drink (this can be a problem as these two may encourage one another to overindulge).
Despite its many strengths, there are some potential problems with a Taurus-Pisces union. Pisces can be inconsistent or even chaotic when under stress, which will distress stability-loving Taurus. Taurus may also resent the Piscean tendency to live in a fantasy world (or at least visit one regularly), leaving Taurus to sort out the practical issues associated with their life together. And open-minded, sensation-seeking Pisces may find Taurus overly rigid or dull at times, or be put off by Taurus’s acquisitive materialism. In a worst-case scenario, these two will be driven apart by their different ideals and ways of relating to the world, but in most cases, they will balance each other nicely, using their complementary strengths and abilities to support one another through hard times and build a happy life together.
Note: There is more to astrological compatibility than sun signs alone. Other elements in a person’s natal zodiac also play a role. Ascendants (rising signs), moon signs, and other planetary placements and aspects also shape personality and affect compatibility. For example, a Capricorn with Leo rising will be more extroverted than a typical Capricorn, and a Taurus with Aries rising or the moon in Sagittarius will be more compatible with Sagittarius than a typical Taurus.
